Former professional Hitter of Drums, turned Pit BBQer and now Meatballer. A proud third generation New Yorker, family man, cat daddy, foodie and Star Wars nerd, Jason brings 20 years of hospitality experience with him to The Meatball Shop, where he’s thrilled to be joining the TMS family. When he’s not working you will likely find Jay firing up the grill or cooking with his family, cheering on his beloved NY Islanders, or making music videos with Doby, the senior cat.
