With 25 years of experience working in and operating restaurants, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to The Meatball Shop. Early on in his career, Adam worked for restaurant groups in NYC and Boston where he developed a passion for the industry. He is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, where he expanded his palate and learned French cuisine from some of the world's finest chefs. Adam has utilized his extensive background in wine and spirits to create multiple award-winning lists. As a Director of Operations, Adam prides himself on the development of his team and fostering a culture of hard work combined with having fun every day. When he’s not working, you can find Adam hanging out with his amazing son. He is thrilled to have found a home with The Meatball Shop family!
