Hey Guys and Gals,

The Meatball Shop is currently looking for an amazing new Baller to join our team- a Brand Marketing Coordinator! The ideal candidate should have an enthusiastic passion for design and marketing, loads of motivation, a self-starter spirit and a desire to grow professionally and personally with our rapidly growing restaurant group. This position is for a jack-of-all-trades, who is particularly experienced and interested in social media, graphic design, photography and marketing.

The criteria listed below is a pretty good idea of other qualifications we’re also looking for, but it’s not an exact formula. Skills & Requirements:

  • College Bachelors Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 1-2 years cumulative experience (education or life-experience) in graphic design, social media & digital photography

  • Proficient understanding of all major social media platforms, including (but not limited to): Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Cameo, Tumblr, etc.

  • Proficient understanding of social media best practices and technologies

  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Proficient digital photography and retouching skills

  • Basic understanding of print-production

  • Video production and editing skills a major plus!

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Regularly post to, manage & monitor TMS’s social media outlets.

  • Manage TMS newsletters (design and content in coordination with the Marketing Department) and MailChimp account.

  • Contribute to the strategy, development and implementation of new and existing social media strategies.

  • Create copy for social media, the website, internal communications and other misc. items that are aligned with and reflective of the TMS brand voice.

  • Execute photography needs for the website, social, and archival purposes.

  • Oversee TMS’s website functionality, manage routine changes/edits and coordinate other changes/issues with web developer.

  • Assist in various graphic design needs (including marketing materials and internal documents).

  • Coordinate with branding firm/ graphic designer for large design needs and projects

  • A highly creative individual who doesn’t just execute visual communications projects, but can help create and guide the art direction too.

  • Someone who can bring fresh and creative ideas to our branding & marketing department.

  • Someone on trend with technology, new apps, platforms, analytic tools, and marketing campaigns.

  • Someone highly detailed-oriented and organized.

  • Someone who enjoys problem-solving and wearing many hats.

  • Someone who can manage their time and projects in an efficient manner.
