Born and raised in Texas, Taylor started in hospitality at various steakhouses in Austin and San Antonio before moving to New York in 2012, and does her best to bring that southern hospitality with her to The Meatball Shop. When not at the shop, you can find her spending time with friends and her dog Wayne.
