Born and raised in Mexico, Adrian moved to New York in 2013. He joined our team of ballers in 2017 with eight years of experience in the food industry.
At Meatball shop, Adrian has done it all! Busboy, food runner, server, bartender, manager of Hell’s Kitchen, and now the Upper East Side.
He loves learning from people around him and treasures challenges and 80s music.
