Chef Daniel Holzman joins up with MOFAD, and a panel of chefs and experts to discuss the globetrotting meatball through trade
routes, colonization, globalization, and all the way the frozen food aisle at the local supermarket.

Be sure to come hungry because a tasting of meatballs from around the world and refreshments will follow the panel discussion!
